How to get there

Since Akihabara station is on the circular Yamanote Line, it is very conventient to get to.
So if you can get to any station on the Yamanote Line and as almost any train line or subway in Tokyo crosses the Yamanote Line, you can easily get there.
  • From Shibuya
    - Take the Yamanote Line in the north direction
    - or take the Yamanote Line to Tamachi, then take the Keihin-Tohoku Line to Akihabara (25 mins.)
    - or take the Yamanote Line to Yoyogi, then take the Sobu Line to Akihabara (25 mins.)
    - or take the Ginza Line to Shimbashi, then take the Yamanote Line to Akihabara (28 mins.)
    - or take the Ginza Line to Suehirocho
  • From Shinjuku
    - Take the Chuo Line to Ochanomizu, then take the Sobu Line south to Akihabara (12 min.)
    - or take the Chuo Line to Kanda, then take the Yamanote Line north to Akihabara (19 min.)
    - or take the Yamanote Line in north direction to Akihabara (30 mins.)
  • From Narita International Airport
    - Take any line to Ueno Station, then take the Yamanote or Keihin-Tohoku Line south to Akihabara.
